Windows Fundamentals for Legacy PCs （一般简称为 “WinFLP”） 是微软在 2006 年发布的基于 Windows NT 5.1 内核的 Windows 嵌入式操作系统， 专为老旧的硬件平台或瘦客户端设备设计的 Windows 轻量级客户端及嵌入式操作系统， 授权与批量许可方式与 [[OS:Windows XP|Windows XP 客户端及工作站操作系统]]一致 （序列号通用） 且不公开发售， 因此该系统发布十分低调并且鲜为人知。

原始版本自带 Service Pack 2， 但有 Service Pack 3 可用。

正式版本自带 Service Pack 2 更新， 但有 Service Pack 3 更新可用。

此版本安装方式并非 <code>i386</code> 方式， 而是 WIM 安装方式， 这一新颖的安装方式出现在 [[OS:Windows Vista|Windows Vista 客户端及工作站操作系统]]及以上系统里。
