Windows 10 Mobile build 14264.0.rs1_release 是 [[OS:Windows 10 Mobile#Redstone 1 (Version 1607, Anniversary Update / 周年更新)|Windows 10 Mobile 周年更新 （版本 1607）]] 中预发布的预览体验构建之一， 也是首个在 Windows Phone 版本字串与 Windows NT 内核版本字串统一， 并同步 Windows 客户端和 Windows 服务器端版本字串命名系统的 Windows 10 Mobile 构建。  

Windows 10 Mobile build 14264.0.rs1_release 是 [[OS:Windows 10 Mobile#Redstone 1 (Version 1607, Anniversary Update / 周年更新)|Windows 10 Mobile 周年更新 （版本 1607）]] 中预发布的预览体验构建之一， 也是首个 Windows Phone 版本字串号与 Windows NT 内核的版本字串号在主版本号方面统一， 并同步 Windows 客户端及工作站操作系统和 Windows 服务器及高性能计算操作系统的版本字串号命名系统的 Windows 10 Mobile 构建。  

Windows Phone 版本号在此构建中获得升级， 这意味着与 Windows NT 内核的版本字串号实现基本统一， 同时更加向当时在预览体验阶段的 [[OS:Windows 10 版本 1607#Redstone 1 (Version 1607, Anniversary Update / 周年更新)|Windows 10 周年更新 （版本 1607）]] 和 [[OS:Windows Server 2016#Technical Preview 5|Windows Server 2016]] 中所使用的版本字串命名系统同步， 但是其内部的包依旧存在不同的版本号。
