Windows 10 Mobile build 14051.0.rs1_release 是 [[OS:Windows 10 Mobile#Redstone 1 (Version 1607, Anniversary Update / 周年更新)|Windows 10 Mobile 周年更新 （版本 1607）]] 预发布的预览体验构建之一， 也是 Windows NT 内核版本字串号的主版本号进行跃迁后的首个 Windows 10 Mobile 构建。
