2023 年 4 月 30 日，此构建的首次亮相源于一台在海外电商平台 eBay 上售卖并运行此系统的微软 Lumia 950 XL 工程机（机器型号为 RM-1085、产品代码为 059W5J6 ）上，同时在这售卖产品的商品详情页中也发现了其它内部测试构建的存在。^[1] 这些新发现的内部测试构建分别是：

Windows 10 Mobile 内部测试构建 build 12530.3.FBL_IMPRESSIVE_P1_P2、 build 12641.116.FBL_APPS_PHOTOS、 build 15037.1000.rs_apps、 build 15063.1000.rs2_release_apps 和 build 16200.1000.rs_prerelease。
