Windows 10 Mobile build 14970.1000.rs_prerelease 是 Windows 10 Mobile 创意者更新 （版本 1703） 中预发布的预览体验构建之一。
此构建作为当时现有的 Windows 10 Mobile 版本更新， 与携带 Delta 增量更新包的 Windows 10 Mobile 预览体验构建 build 14969.1000.rs_prerelease 一同发布至 Windows 更新服务器上。[1]
新功能与特性
- 部分系统预装的 “通用 Windows 平台” 应用从这一构建起， 从名为
Microsoft.MS_16GBFeaturesOnSystem.MainOS包迁移至Microsoft.MS_16GBFeaturesOnData.MainOS包上。 Microsoft.MS_16GBFeaturesOnSystem.MainOS包从此构建起仅包含 “MSN 资讯” 应用程序并且不再包含其它先前预装的应用程序。
