Windows RT 8.1 （一般简称为 “WinRT8.1”） 是微软在 2013 年发布的基于 Windows NT 6.3 内核的 Windows 客户端及工作站操作系统， 本质上是为搭载 ARMv7 架构系统级芯片的轻薄翻转笔记本或二合一平板电脑而量身定做的 Windows 8.1。
