Windows Embedded POSReady 2009 （一般简称为 “WEPOS2009” 或 “POSReady 2009”） 是微软在 2009 年发布的基于 Windows NT 5.1 内核的 Windows 嵌入式操作系统。

相较于同样运行在 POS 机这类嵌入式专业设备以及销售服务点终端的 [[OS:Windows Embedded for Point of Service|Windows Embedded for Point of Service 嵌入式操作系统]]进行了功能更新与改进， 其系统自带 Service Pack 3 更新。

放在整个基于 Windows NT 5.1 和 Windows NT 5.2 内核的 Windows 桌面操作系统来说， 它是最后一个结束支持的。
